The main floor master suite, with a comfortable king bed adjoining updated master bath with golf course views and French doors leading to the covered wraparound brick paver patio.
The kitchen is updated with quartz counter tops, glass tile back splash and brand new refrigerator. All glassware, utensils, pots, pans coffee maker and etc... are brand new as well.
The Great Room offers a spacious gathering area, with French doors opening onto a covered patio. Golf getaway

Reserved this stay to entertain my in laws while they were visiting the Carolinas from Minnesota this summer. The first floor condo was perfect for them. They loved being on the golf course and close to the pickleball courts. The beach was also a quick bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes community has everything in close proximity. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful Patio View/Spacious Condo

Very clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo. Had everything we needed stocked in kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of windows that provide bright natural lighting and lovely back patio with views of 14th hole of George Fazio Golf Course. Able to see lots of deer and cranes. Good location in Palmetto Dunes Resort. Close to pool, lots of walking/bike paths and short drive to beach.Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great communication with Host, they were very responsive. Nice dog friendly,, quiet property.One of the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in.

Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet location and walkable to Shelter Cove. 3 minute drive or bike to General store, pickleball and beach (easy access thru Dunes house). Would recommend!

Beautiful Condo, Well Situated, St. Andrews Common

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this condo in St. Andrews Common. Overlooking the 14th hole on the George Fazio golf course it was well situated and a lovely location. We enjoyed the quieter location of being at the rear of the Palmetto Dunes resort but still within close proximity of access to the beach for walking our dog. The condo supplied all our needs, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels, beds and bedding were very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a visit to Palmetto Dunes.

Very relaxing and comfy condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and fully stocked. We loved the large patio and the view. It was very relaxing. Great access to the bike trails. Perfect spot for us to walk our pup. We would highly recommend staying at this condo. We'll have to try and get back soon.

Great Palmetto Dunes Condo!

Couldn’t have been better! Condo is beautiful, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need. We are Palmetto Dunes regulars, but this was our first time at St Andrew’s and it is the perfect location. It’s a beautiful little resort area right on the golf course and the neighbors are all so friendly. Kent and Lisa are very helpful and we would highly recommend this gorgeous condo. Thanks again for everything, we had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Liked the condo but not Palmetto Dunes. We expected to walk to the beach but too far. Beach chairs were old and uncomfortable and $40 a day. Too much foliage near the patio to have a good view of the golf course. The condo itself was nice.
