Great Vacation Property & Location

Our family loved staying here at this property. Everything was clean from the actual property itself, to the grounds that the condo sits on. The views of the pool and ocean are perfect, even from the bedroom. We love the mature trees next to the deck that also overlooks the ocean. Beach access was nice and the beach in front of and near the property are also clean with lots of real estate to set up a beach day with the family. The location is very walkable to Coligny Plaza, where there are tons of shops and restaurants. The host is friendly and will answer your questions if you have any. We bet anyone who books here will enjoy it!

Views and location are the best!

We have stayed in this condo twice now. We continue to choose this condo for the amazing ocean views and proximity to the beach, just a very short walk from the condo. We feel safe and comfortable there. There is a gated parking lot and locked gate at beach entrance. It’s also a great location for riding bikes. Nice pool area. We like that it’s a small condo complex so not overly crowded.

Excellent Stay for Our Family

Everything about this place is exactly as described. The photos don't do it justice. This condo and the beach are excellent. We plan to book again next year. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us during a tropical event that occurred on the day of our check out. This is an excellent place and I couldn't recommend it enough for a family with children.

Overall we really enjoyed our time. The owner was very receptive and had great communication. The pool was nice and it was steps from the beach. Cleanliness was the only issue. If they got a new company to clean, this would be a 5 star rating.

I go to HH every year and this has been the best unit I’ve stayed in at Beachwood Place. The owners were wonderful to work with and the unit was superbly decorated. Great opportunity to unwind for a few days before Thanksgiving!

Safe and clean

Best location on island. 5 minute walk from Coligny Plaza. Great sunrise viewing from balcony. Appreciated the cleanliness. Well furnished modern Kitchen. Great wifi and large TV with good variety of cable channels. Building totally gated for cars and foot traffic. Felt super safe at all times, but the entire island feels safe, so that’s a huge plus if you’re here with little ones.

4 day Hilton Head Get Away

We needed a quick vacay before summer ended. This place was perfectly located on the beach with pool and a nice ocean view. It was clean with cute beach themed decor and a quiet complex closely located to Coligny Plaza/Beach. We will stay here again and recommend it to others!
