We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful Ocean vistas.

Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.

Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. Just Right

The perfect setting for me and my daughter (21) to spend quality time together. The most fabulous sunrise I’ve ever seen! Location, location, location!!!! Now I know I have to get a condo on the ocean! TV’s need better instructions and remote needs new batteries. I’d also suggest leaving parking pass on table. But all great and thank you!

Great Location!

The condo is a great size and location for a couple. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom and shower are well appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The ice maker worked really well, which was great for our grown-up drinks! The AC also works really well. The complex is dated, and the condo was a bit musty, which is normal for being by the beach. A bottle of Febreeze freshened everything up and we didn't notice again! Overall, we had a very nice time!

An updated condo with a spectacular view

My wife and I would highly recommend this condo. We found it to be clean and updated. It was relaxing and enjoyable to eat breakfast on the balcony and take in the view of the ocean and the beach. The property manager quickly answered questions. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Condo!

This was our second time at Sea Side Villas but first time at this condo. The condo was super clean when we got there and the view was amazing! The location of the complex is in a great location! Close to restaurants and shops! The only minor thing we ran into was there was no broom in the condo that we could find. My husband had to go out and buy one so that we could sweep throughout the week and when we left. Overall, we would definitely stay at this condo again.

Family Vacation

AMAZING view and location!

This is an outstanding, end corner unit condo with an awesome balcony! We have stayed in the Sea Side Complex before, but not in a unit like this one. There is even central air. The view from this balcony made the trip even better. Perfect location. We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony in the morning and could even hear the band playing from the famous Tiki Hut at Coligny Plaza. Denise is GREAT to work with! Check in could not be easier. We will be back!

Great small place with a true oceanfront view

The view was great, the place was very clean except for some crumbs on the counter. Had some issues with the TVs that were worked out. There was no information about the gym/indoor pool that is in the description (I was not going to the beach to exercise but it could have been an option with the less then ideal weather). Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay again.
