Grace Meadows: 3BR/3BA, close To Westin, Beach, Golf & Tennis

The links is a quiet gated community in Port Royal Plantation. Our villa is a bright and comfortable one story condo that is on the bend of the 7th fairway of the Barony Golf Course. We are at the back end of the Links which offers seclusion and privacy.

The Carolina sun room and the master bedroom look out on the golf course. The large master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen beds, private bathroom, and a window seat. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress and is close to the full hall bathroom. Our kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

A gas grill is on the outdoor flagstone patio between the villa and the separate two car garage. The patio is a great place to eat outdoors. The two car garage has the golf cart for trips to the beach, tennis or the Westin Resort. Beach chairs along with pool and beach toys are kept in the garage for your use. The family room has a cathedral ceiling with a flat screen TV, DVD player, wet bar, and free Wi-Fi . Keyless front door entry allows you to drive directly to the villa upon your arrival.

The beach is a three minute ride in our private golf cart. The beach park has a playground and restrooms. The Links has a community pool which is close to our villa. Hilton Head has many tree lined paths for walking or bicycling. Our villa offers all the comforts of home in a wonderful vacation spot.

We are close to excellent restaurants, great shopping, tennis, short walk to the Westin Resort, cinemas, and of course Starbucks. Day trips to Savannah and Charleston are also excellent getaways.

Wonderful !!!
We have been traveling to HHI for the past 26 years and this rental was the best place we have ever rented while staying on the island . It was super clean, decorated so nicely and the use of the golf cart to get back and forth to the beach was just awesome ! I am very hopeful I will be able to rent this same place each year !! We loved the peacefulness of the rental as well . ! Margie was just awesome to communicate with during the entire rental and stay process .! I am so thankful for such a great 2024 vacation week !! Absolutely Perfect
This unit is perfect if you want privacy! Very clean as well. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, and 1 7 yo and we had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and we had plenty of room to move around and cook. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. (curtain liner in queen bedroom needs replacing) The golf cart and bikes were amazing to have! We forgot our beach toys but the garage closet was well stocked and lots of beach chairs. We loved this house and would definitely stay again! :)

Wonderful stay
This was our second year staying at this condo and it did not disappoint again. This year the master bath was upgraded which was very nice. I greatly appreciate rental properties that actually put money back into the property. This was our second vacation of the summer and it made me appreciate the cleanliness of the kitchen and the good condition of the appliances and cookware. I also didn’t feel like I needed to wash every dish before we used it. The rest of the condo was equally welcoming. The location is so perfect and quiet and private despite being in the middle of HHI. All around great stay and I hope to come back again.

The Perfect Vacation Rental for our Family
A spacious condo that is well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The location is perfect: on the golf course and a short walk to the beach and a quiet pool area. Perfect stay
We have stayed in this complex for years. Each unit is a little different, but they are all great. The condo was spotless, the service was great, it's close to the beach and there is a golf cart to get you there. Will definitely be back next time we go to HHI.

We stayed for a month at this property. Had a little trouble with TV and Margie responded immediately. The golf cart was a plus, and so was the beach wagon. Also our first time at port Royal plantation. Great location! We joined Hilton head recreation center….great place to exercise.

The property is as described. As promised, I received the necessary codes (gate, front door, and bike locks) to gain access a day or two in advance of our arrival. When leaving the 89-degree, high humidity outside and entering the home, it was very refreshing as the AC was running and ceiling fans turning. The floors, bedding, bathrooms, towels, and dishes were fresh and clean. Having access to a BBQ grill, bikes and pool was very welcomed (the golf cart was out of commission during our stay). The foil kite was a great hit. The checkout process had minimal requests and was easier than most VRBO checkout requirements. Overall the stay was very pleasant.

Great condo!
We had a very good time at this condo. The location was great! The condo was on the end which made it feel away from any hustle and bustle, yet close enough for a nice walk to the beach. The golf cart was such a wonderful and useful addition! Everything to make your stay great was thought of. The condo itself was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband, 3 children, and parents. Nice property overall and in a quiet location. After unpacking cars and settling in discover AC is not working. Called manager and they sent someone out to check it out. Had to get a part and it was Sunday before memorial day so would not be resolved for at least 2 days. Manager offered to refund our money to move somewhere else. Properties that were found we couldn't check into the next day anyways and who wants to move everything back out and in somewhere new after traveling. I was then offered to stay at a hotel down the street until the ac was fixed and I would be reimbursed. After the ac was fixed and a few days after the hotel was charged to my credit card I had to contact the manager to see when I was getting my refund. That's when the stalling and lies came into play. Said she couldn't get ahold of all the owners yet to get the money and went back and forth for about 2 weeks before discoveringwhat was really going on. She told me they were not going to refund my money until after the review window closed because they didnt want a bad review. I didnt leave a review or contact vrbo to complain because i was afraid they would then deny me a refund. Well I guess they miscalculated the review window because I received the refund 3 weeks after my stay (which is when they thought it closed) and found out I could still leave a review. Really mad my refund was held almost 4 weeks after the charge on my credit card which accrued interest because they though they could avoid looking bad to their future guests!

Fabulous Family Beach Week at The Links 9A
This spacious and comfortable villa., surrounded by live oaks, was the perfect place for our family beach week. The provided (golf cart, chairs, bikes, beach and pool toys) added so much to our stay. The communication with Margie, the property manager, was prompt and so thorough. So good we have already booked for next year! This place is a winner!

This was an amazing condo! It was spacious and had everything we needed including bikes and a golf cart! Very quick ride to the beach! We stayed in the winter so we did not get to use the pool. Wonderful Stay!
The property was the perfect space for our family. The house was clean and the bedrooms were so comfortable! There was great outdoor space for our toddler to play too. The golf cart was a huge perk and it was easy to ride or walk to the beach, which had a little playground too. This house was perfect for our young kids to enjoy and us too! Would stay again!

Grace Meadows a quite retreat
We were invited to show a car in the Hilton Head Concours d' Elegance. This cottage was a perfect solution to a quiet retreat close to the show. It was clean and as advertised. We found it to be convenient to the host hotel and the show field. We would not hesitate to book this cottage again.
