Oceanfront condo sleeps up to 10 people with king bed in master bedroom, 2 double beds in bedroom 2, and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3. The unit is equipped with a rollaway bed. Each bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combination in each. The beach is steps away from your Ocean One patio at this oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach. With patios off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 119 enjoy easy access to the beach as well as the oceanfront swimming pool. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater pool.
Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Fantastic

This location and unit were amazing! The pictures did not do it justice. All of the rooms were large. There was more than enough space for us. I could tell the bathroom in the master had a new shower and floors put in we could not be happier with our stay. Thank you!!!

Nice condo on the beach

Overall great location! Nice pool and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Would like to see a few more minor amenities, like extra sheets, pillow cases, beach towels and lawn chairs or umbrella available for the beach, needed to rent. They did have a small collection of beach toys/floaties, etc. Also had to buy laundry soap/dish soap. They give you a very small amount but not enough if you're using the beach and/or cooking there.

The property is a little dated but you can see that from the pictures and was expected. The cleaning service leaves a lot to be desired as there were many areas that clearly were not touched in months.

Perfect location.

Walk to restaurants and shops, and RBC shuttle. Condo is spacious with a great view of ocean. Pool was nice, and fire pits a huge plus. Could use some updates, but was clean and had every we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. Will stay again.

Very nice place!

We liked the unit and it’s location on the HHI beach. Six of us girlfriends enjoyed breakfast and happy hour on the patio. It was great to just walk from patio to pool to beach. The beds were all comfortable and the 3 full bathrooms were clean. Very quiet and parking at end of October was plentiful.

GET THE TRIP INSURANCE

Word to the wise, make sure you get trip insurance that covers weather. Ian closed the HHH airport for 2 days so all of our flights were canceled. HHI was under a hurricane warning and a surge warning. The property managers were unwilling to reschedule our trip for another time so we are just out all of the money.

Great location beside pool and beach access. Condo was fairly clean, but in major need of updates/deep cleaning. Drawer front in bathroom missing, drapery rods coming out of the walls, mold/mildew between shower curtains in bathrooms. Was fine if you “don’t look too close”.

Great layout and perfect HHI location!

Wonderful stay! This unit has the best layout in Ocean One with the two master suites having patio access on the first floor. It was perfect for a week in HHI with my family and my parents.

Great Location!

This is a wonderful location-short walk to beach and local shops. We had a group of 8 staying, and there was plenty of room for all. There were extra pull out beds in the closet that were a pleasant surprise. The condo itself could use a little updating-especially bathrooms, but it was overall clean, comfortable, and convenient. It was well-stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware and such, allowing us to enjoy meals and snacks right there. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Girl Trip Getaway

The size and location of this condo is just awesome. But unfortunately the floors throughout are disgusting and the reason there’s no picture of the kitchen is because the countertops are really outdated. The toilet in the master would run at random times and was really loud. We found 4 cockroaches which is not very common in February (we live in SC and understand Palmetto Bugs) so overall we cannot recommend anyone stay in this unit.

Spacious, decently equipped, and a great location. Many updates & minor repairs would greatly improve this place. Several light fixtures are broken or have burnt out bulbs. Cracks in the tub in the master bedroom are especially unappealing. Some deep cleaning is needed! Beds were comfortable & plenty of bathroom towels.

Condo needs some major TLC

The location was great. The pool and beach area were wonderful. The condo needed some help. Most of the closet doors didn’t work or were missing handles. The screen on the slider was ridiculous and didn’t slide. The master tub was cracked and very bouncy … you were just waiting to fall through. The microwave was all cracked and peeling on the inside. Missing lots of utensils (silverware, hot pads). We would probably think twice before renting this again.

Love Hilton head

The location was excellent. Building and pool were extremely nice and grounds were kept up and beautiful.The unit 119 needs to be updated/bathrooms were very aged and the tile floors needed a major cleaning.Furniture was adequate but also dated.Beds were very comfortable. One major problem we had/palmetto bugs aka cockroaches /woke up Monday morning with no less than 8 dead ones in the unit on the tile floors/Tuesday morning found another/Wednesday found another. Called property management Monday morning/came out within 30 minutes and cleaned up the dead ones monday/didn’t call Tuesday or Wednesday. They sent someone to spray again Monday/maintenance man/not an exterminator.This is a major issue with us and our friends who stayed with us.We are very concerned about bring these critters back to our homes if they got into any of our stuff.Thats one issue we should not have to be worried about when staying at a VRBO.would love to have someone reach out to me to further

Ideal location.

We love Ocean One so much, but this is the first time we've rented a ground floor condo. We rented two next to one another for our group of 13. It was perfection. The condo was well kept and served our needs. Would be nice if more beach equipment or towels were provided, but we brought our own and it was fine. I would also love to see the back and forth with the rental company be more seamless through VRBO, but all in all it was a perfect stay. We'll be back!

Great location, great property.

We absolutely love renting at Ocean One Condos. The location is awesome for everyone. This condo was super cute and just as described. The only thing I feel compelled to mention is the beds are not great. The bedding itself was soft and comfortable, but the actual mattress was dated. If you can look past worn out mattresses then this condo is awesome.

Great Location!

What stands out about this property is the prime location to the pool, beach, trails and Coligny plaza! Having a washer and dryer was excellent for a week long stay! There are beach extras in the front closet that were a nice consideration (pool chairs, umbrella, wagon, kid toys). The facility itself was clean, but in great need of repair of screens, toilet handle and dishwasher. (The dishwasher was duct taped inside, leaving it unusable.)

Merry Christmas!

Great property for the family get together. We choose this unit primary for the location and easy access for a wheelchair. The beach access was great and we were even able to take the wheelchair to beach. Only downside was the two single beds had footboards so the 6’ taller kids complain, other than that we had a great Christmas and enjoyed family time.
