Beautiful Home - Every Amenity!

Home lives up to the hype - large kitchen with every imaginable amenity. Comfy beds, beautiful location, very clean. Bikes, beach chairs, grill - everything was easily accessible and in good condition. Only gripe was the cost to heat pool and hot tub - thought it was pricey and the $100 charge to just turn it on was ridiculous. But the pool and hot tub were clean and heated even if only one area at a time. Area was quiet and bike trail to Coligny Beach was an easy ride. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Family Meet Up

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was in a great location for easy access to the beach, golf, and Harbour Town. Easy to ride bikes to all of Sra Pines Resort area. The house was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with amenities.

Better directions needed

You should make it clear that the rental agency has the VOUCHER for the parking pass. We were charged $9 for a day pass because we mistakenly went through the gate before picking up the voucher. The rental agency should have reimbursed us the $9 but didn't. Not the way to start a vacation.

This property was a surprise to find on VRBO. And as a result, I expected a surprisingly wonderful property. This is not exactly what I got. ). I The following are my comments regarding the house we rented on Hilton Head Island at 10 Woodbine . Basically, we were very disappointed in the house. It was poorly maintained and dirty Several switch’s did not work and some lights bulbs were burned out or missing There was very little equipment example : 2 dish towels for six days that’s really not what I would expect in a luxury home Also we didn’t have hot water and called for maintenance and were told the connections were reversed. This is unreasonable It was so disappointing we left 3 days before our rental period ended. ). The following are my comments regarding the house we rented on Hilton Head Island at 10 Woodbine . Basically, we were very disappointed in the house. Great location, great floor plan

This home has a great location and floor plan. My family consists of six adults and four children. We had ample space and the kids loved the pool, while the adults loved the spa. Property managers were quick to respond with answers to questions and came on site as needed quickly. My only negative was the blue chairs (which we enjoyed sitting in) need a deep cleaning as do the curtains (the tops of the curtains in master are very dirty, which you notice since you hand close them). Overall we really enjoyed this property, and since HHI is my “heaven on earth”, we come often and I would rent this property again in the future.

Everything about our stay was great. The house was as expected. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the bikes. The only possible negative is the $100 a day to heat the pool is a lot. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great location

This was a Great House if you plan to utilize the bike trails to get around to see the sights (four bikes were included and renting a couple of more for my parents was a breeze). We used the rental place listed on the fridge and the customer service was good. We were able to take the bicycles over to Harbour Town, the beach, the nature preserve, and probably could’ve taken it to the salty dog although we did drive there. There were tons of restaurants accessible by bicycle. The location is off the 13th Tee and my dad enjoyed sitting in the backyard watching the golfers. It was a relaxing location. We also got to see tons of wildlife while we biked around. The house itself was well equipped and everything was in good working order. We paid to heat the pool which never quite got up to swimming temperature however it did include the spa and everyone enjoyed that. We would definitely return.

Sea Pines is a remarkable community with multiple restaurants, golf courses and nature. You really never have to leave it to enjoy the beach, food or just lounging by the pool at this remarkable home. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful vacation and highly recommend Sea Pines and this home, in particular, for your next trip.

Lovely, comfortable and quiet

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Pines. We spent most of our time in the pool or in the cozy living room playing games. Kitchen was great for cooking and had everything we needed.

Vacation home and community

Great property with responsive management team to any issues that arise. Would suggest requesting heater for hot tub to be turned on before arrival if your interested in this option which was nice once it got heated up. Would return to the same property with family again and the same community with access to beaches and trails to walk and bike on safely with family. Couldn't have been better! We loved it!
