A view so nice you may not want to leave! Renovated in 2018 and a new bathroom in March 2020. Imagine a serene view of the beach waves as they crash along the sand, and enjoy beach sunrises right from your balcony. You are only steps to the beach - enjoy morning walks, daytime beach fun, or a romantic stroll in the evening. Villa has a queen bed with new mattress, and additional queen sleeper sofa containing a comfortable gel memory foam mattress. Amenities include: • Plush towels, upgraded toiletries • Modern kitchen with many conveniences of home • Brew style and Keurig coffee pots • Full size stainless steel appliances, ice maker, quartz countertop • 50” smart TV with cable and Roku in living room • Flat screen TV with cable in bedroom • Wi-Fi internet • USB outlets for easy smartphone charging • Desk area • Rental includes 2 bicycles, free of charge, for your leisure use • Beach chairs, boogie boards, pop-up beach cabana and sand toys • Nice pool area; sundeck near the beach • Outdoor wash-off/shower station located onsite • Outdoor grilling area • Coin operated washer and dryer, on same floor • Elevator on premises My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several places in Forest Beach and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Our villa is located in Seaside, an oceanfront complex about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Centrally located but not overcrowded. Walking distance to many Restaurants, Shops, entertainment and grocery stores. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. We provide 2 beach bikes for your use. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great Fall Break Getaway
This condo was perfect for us to get away to the beach for a few days! It isnt a far walk to the beach and certainly close enough to ealk to restaurants. Free bike rentals was an added bonus! Definitely would recommend!!!

Loved this place!!
Everything was exactly as pictured. You can see the ocean from the porch unlike many of the other units. Parking was super easy and it wasn’t hard to get a covered spot which was nice in the rain. Enjoyed having a full size coffee pot in addition to a keurig. Bathroom is modern and up to date. Smart tv in the living room. Communication is excellent. Outdoor showers are by the bikes - I missed that at first. Such a great stay!!

Booked because it was my wife's birthday. She wanted to go to a beach area and see the water from our balcony. We enjoyed our 5 nights; the condo was well equipped and very clean; everything you will need while on vacation and more. I contacted the host for a code for the bikes and another time and received a very quick response. Of course, Hilton Head is a very nice location (food, sights...), we were equally pleased with our accommodations.

Great location, right size
This property was ideal for my husband and me. Just the right size, comfortable and located in the heart of everything. One minute walk to the beach, close to Coligny Plaza, includes bikes, great and updated shower. The owner was easy to work with. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Peaceful Getaway
My husband and I were celebrating our 25th Anniversary, so we decided to go to one of our favorites, Hilton Head. We had never stayed at this condo before, but we have stayed in several other condos. This one is by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed at. The decor was on point! The hosts were wonderful in that they responded very quickly to any question. They had bikes on property, so we did not have to rent. We absolutely loved this condo! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect beach getaway
We recently stayed at this perfect beach condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! Located right off the beach, the condo offered ocean views and immediate beach access. The amenities were fantastic, including fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bed, and even bikes for exploring the area. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and ensured we had a great stay. Perfect Villa, perfect location!

Stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we chose to stay here again this year. Details provided by Kendall are thorough and response time is short. Unit is clean. Race Weekend
We come into HHI for the many half marathons through out the year. This was our first time at a VRBO, what a great unit. Close to everything, beautiful ocean views, walking distance to the beach. The unit itself was perfect, very clean, and very well stocked . We will be back!

Great Spot to explore HHI
This is a great jumping off spot to explore all of HHI. Very clean and comfortable. There is just one couch for interior comfy seating. Great views of the ocean. My one small comment is that there are plug ins. I don't care for anything that offers a "fake" smell. We unplugged it as soon as we could. The condo is fresh and clean as is. It doesn't need any extra scent other than the ocean breeeze! Don't hesitate to book.

Great Location and Amenities
We stayed at this property for a quick late summer trip. The location was perfect, and the property had everything we needed. We took advantage of the bikes that were provided and never even moved our car the entire trip! While the weather wasn't great for our stay, we had plenty to keep us busy nearby. On our last day, the sun finally came out and we enjoyed the beach and greatly appreciated the chairs, towels and sunscreen that was available. You can tell the owner takes pride in their property!

PERFECT SPOT
This was the perfect spot for our unplanned, quick weekend stay. This place was super clean, the balcony was fantastic, and we had everything we needed. We were just steps away from the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants and shopping. We were greeted with some of the cutest iced cookies (an octopus 🐙and sea turtle🐢.) The manager was great and responded quickly to my questions. It was super easy and no doubt we will be back! You should definitely book this if you get a chance!
