Looking for a quiet getaway in a lush low country setting, just minutes away from the beach? Well look no further than this 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Island House unit nestled just beyond Coligny Plaza.

Reminiscent of a beach cottage, the very chic foyer with fresh hardwood floor will lead you pass the galley-style kitchen with soft light blue walls and into the beachy dining room with seating for 6.

The sun-filled, open living room allows you to get cozy on the couch or relax in one of the two snug armchairs while watching the flat screen tv that sits on top of the distressed cabinet.

The colorful master bedroom has plush carpeting to nourish your feet, a king-size bed, plenteous closet space, a mounted flat screen television, and its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom is perfect for young adults or children since it is warmly decorated in bright colors and has two twin beds, a mounted flat screen television and enough space for them to play pirates for the day. This bedroom also had its own bathroom, but this bathroom serves as a powder room also.
For all of your laundry needs, a washer and dryer is located in an alcove just off the kitchen.

Great Vacation in HHI
We had some minor issues but sunset rentals was amazing! I would highly recommend using sunset rentals for a HHI vacation! Wonderful response to our every need and excellent service. Staff is beyond helpful. Will use them again in the future.

Good location near the beach. Pleasant surprise with the amenities such as board games to use during a T-storm, extra towels and laundry detergent. The master bedroom tub does not allow for a bath.

Island House 138
We had a great stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. It was about 0.5-0.75 miles to the beach...approximately a 12 minute walk. Only minor negatives- Need to bring your own trash bags, can hear neighbors talking, and would have enjoyed a balcony/outdoor seating area. Thank you for a nice place to stay for the week.

Very nice property. A couple things that I believe could have been better. The sign on the fridge with property information had the wrong pool code. Also I had to buy toilet tissue for the 2nd restroom as there were no spare rolls in either restroom or any closet. Plenty of pots/pans, nicely decorated. We did report damage upon arrival from a previous guest.

The property is located close to shops the beach and restaurants. The property is well maintained and clean. The property managers were quick to resolve our issue with missing parking passes. Overall an excellent vacation for my family.
