We stayed in a 2bdrm apartment. It was adequate for our needs. Not luxurious, but comfortable. The beds however were brilliant and lets face it, when away from home you miss your own bed! Not in this instance. We had a washing machine, a fully functioning kitchen, wifi, t.v.
The hotel itself was alright, a bit basic but they could really benefit from having more drinks available at the pool side and snacks too. This meant that the pool, which was lovely, was under utilised.
We stayed for 10 days and no one cleaned our room that whole time. I washed and changed our bedding. I am not sure if it was a services we needed to request, but, to be honest, it was quite nice not to have to worry about a cleaner coming in.
The hotel is a little way from the beach, but the road down is very bendy and with almost no path, it is quite a hairy walk! And the way back it is uphill. But, the beaches are gorgeous, not sand, pebble and the sea is so clear and calm. However, watchout if you have small children as it gets deep very suddenly. Not over commercial, safe and reasonably priced, Dhermi was a lovely place to visit.
