The cleanliness in the room needs to be improved. I didn't like that they claim to have daily housekeeping but they only provide the amenities outside the room, unless you requested the room to be made up. The room was cleaned and sheets changed by the fourth day. The onsen is nice but there is no cold pool and is vey crowded with many people. Good that they have washing machines with dryers.

The maid service doesn't invade every day. Only every three days. I like that. The rooms are so small, I have to turn sideways to get into the bathroom. The desk chair is impractical because the desk is so close to the bed, there is no room for the chair. No closets. No dresser. Only six hangars on two wall pegs. Tiny! But, it is in the heart of the busy city. If you don't need to spend much time in the room, the price is right for this hotel.

Clean and good location
This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and easy access to the tram system if you wish to take it to the Peace Park. Walkable to the shops and restaurants of the more central (?) area of downtown. The size of the room, well, it’s Japan. Two of us with one rolling duffel bag each was pretty cramped, but we made it work. The hotel is clean! It was nice to be able to do laundry in their machines.

Been here often and it never fails. If there is something then it is that the room was very smelly for a non smoking room and the bathroom as well. Otherwise this hotel never fails me. Will definitely stay again.

This APA hotel location wasn’t as nice as some others I have stayed in, but was decent overall. There were some stains on the walls of the hotel room, and the air conditioner had a musty smell to it when turned on. As a result, we didn't use the AC as much as we would have liked. The hotel is also very busy, so it may be hard to find non-crowded times for the public baths, and for the elevators. It is convenient for its location and proximity to Hiroshima Station and surrounding amenities. Overall, I think there may be other better hotel options for similar price in Hiroshima.
