Beautiful modern property with very spacious rooms. The shower / tub room combo was great a the bed was super comfortable. Pretty convenient location too, although I wish it were closer to more public transit other than busses. Still a central home base for a Hiroshima trip!

I lost my phone don’t remember if I lost it on the sogo mall or the Taxi. Hilton staff was so good they were able to locate it within 15 minutes, great thanks especially to Miss Tomoka Furukawa. The best Hotel super clean and aesthetic you could really relax.

Extremely clean and comfortable, all staff were exceptionally nice and most spoke at least passing English. Good, if a bit pricy restaurant options in the hotel and some great places nearby as well. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

What an incredible hotel! The staff and options were all amazing, and my parents thoroughly enjoyed their first trip to Hiroshima using the Hilton as a base. The cafe in the lobby was great too with excellent coffee. Super walkable to everywhere, but the staff were also so helpful booking taxis when required. Thank you so much!

Best Hilton Ever
This hotel was a delight and exceeded our expectations. After traveling around Japan for eight days in Japanese Inns, Onsens and hotels it was refreshing to stay in the Hilton where more English was spoken by the staff. And the staff here were kind and helpful. Mark, the Head Concierge greeted us at check-in (just because he happened to be walking by) and always seemed to be available to assist us. When major rains basically shut down the train system Mark went above and beyond to help us with options and train reservations. Our room was modern, but had a warm comforting feel; great decor throughout the hotel. This is by far our favorite Hilton for all of our travels.

I reserve 5 atar reviews for hotels like this. I booked an executive room and it was nicer than most hotel suites, all for a very reasonable price. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, the location was within walking distance of the peace memorial and the pool was gorgeous at night. One of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Faultless. Only thing is i wish the wxecutive lounge had food there all day.

The property is clean & modern. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Japan, with western style dishes as well as Japanese dishes. Their location is little far to walk to Peace Memorial Park & public transit is not nearby so taxi is the best option.

Fue una opción excelente central, a 15 minutos del Parque de las Victimas de la bomba atómica y a 20 minutos del viaje a la isla de Miyajima, el Buffet del restaurante para la cena y el desayuno son EXPECTACULARES vale la pena visitar este hotel, por lo menos nosotros volvemos seguro.

It's a Hilton - so yes it's a really nice place to stay. There are also 4 options for food inside the hotel, so you won't go hungry!

Hotel was good but was disappointed by the Executive Lounge. Only canapés was available from 17:00 - 19:00. Staff were not very attentive compared to other Executive Lounges
