Room was fantastic. Everything was great I can’t really complain. Beautiful location and near everything. My only complaint is the beds are very uncomfortable, so much so I had to knock it down to a 4 star. Other then that it was great!

It was a great pleasure to be greeted by an English speaking native of the country. Her ability to relay information was exceptional. All guidance was precise and timely. I would surely recommend the facility for anyone visiting the area.

The staff are very accommodating professionals. The facilities are immaculately maintained. The room was very comfortable once the air conditioning was established. The towels appeared to be old as those in our room were yellowed as with age. It is advised that the older towels be changed out for newer ones.

This property suited our needs. The room was made everyday with fresh towels. We needed nothing more than this. Other places we had to call for new towels cause their quality wasn't up to par.

A nice hotel. Close for the Hiroshima peace park. Make sure to ask for a room away from the lifts. Otherwise you will hear the lift running up and down through the bedroom walls. I had to move room but that was done quickly and helpfully.

Property was not too far but far enough away from the nightlife. Good and interesting food and sights close to hotel. Sightseeing bus, which is just for getting you around town was great, easy and frequent. Had a cleanliness problem with first room, they upgraded us quickly following. Breakfast was awesome
