It wasn't good or bad, it just was. We needed a reasonably priced place to stay for the weekend, and this fit the bill. The listing for this hotel says Free Breakfast, it was cereal and yogurt, if you're looking for actual breakfast, I would not recommend them, but if you're looking for someplace to rest your head at a reasonable price, then this is the one!

We booked a room with a king bed, and we were offered a room with two queen beds and a kitchenette when I went to check in. The room looked decent. The bed we slept in was very firm. I realize people have varying preferences in this area, but I wasn't comfortable. The breakfast choices were very limited; coffee, packaged muffins, cereal, and make your own waffles (with syrup, but no butter/margarine) We will definitely return to Galveston County. However, we WILL NOT stay there again!

Parking was safe. Room was extremely clean. Only complaint I would have is the pillows. They were flat and not enough of them on the bed. Full size refrigerator/freezer was certainly a plus and a surprise. Definitely a great place to stay!
