Good service
Overall good service, clean but a bit far away from the CBD because of the two bridges. Need new sleepers, they are very old and worn out. Excellent call out service

Rivergate private apartments
Host was unable to provide the 3 bedroom we booked however did refund partial cost. Minor issues eg Booked for 5 people in 3 bedroom but got 2 however had to request sheets and pillow etc which didn’t come or have as not possible so late as we arrived very late. The host was responsive. Don’t take his advice for massage / spa was a rip off. Area is good behind the hotel heaps of mainstream shops like Nike Maccas etc amd close to kidzciti. Pool is great but very warm water at this time of year.

It is much better than hotel
It was a very nice apartment, safe, clean, modern, nice swimming pool, fast WiFi and conveniently located. Owner was helpful and responded text quickly. Will definitely stay here again on next trip

숙소의 관리는 미흡하나, 오너의 마인드는 정말 좋은 숙소
숙소 Owner의 배려와 친절에 감사함을 느꼈다. 당일 13시경에 예약하여 당일 입실하였는데, 숙소 예약 후 약 20분 후, 카카오톡으로 바로 연락을 주셔서 도착 예정시각을 물어보시고는 오는 방법 및 로비의 위치 등을 설명해주시고 로비 도착 시 바로 직원을 내려보내주시겠다는 친절한 설명까지 해주셔서 너무 만족스러웠으며, 숙소 이용을 끝내고 한국으로 귀국하려는데, 자신의 숙소에 머물렀던 손님이 무사히 귀국하였는지 확인하는 것은 큰 기쁨이시라며 번거롭겠지만 한국 도착 후 메시지를 부탁한다 하시더라고요. 숙소 이용 전 부터 후까지 세심한 배려에 감동을 받았습니다. 단!, 숙소를 이용하며 아쉬웠던 점은 몇가지 있었고 개인마다 숙소 선택 시 중점을 두는 사항이 다르기에 제가 머무르며 느꼈던 사항을 몇자 적어봅니다. # 단점 1. 세탁기 관리 미흡 - 세탁기 세제 칸이 이물질과 오래된 세재 덩어리로 지저분함 (세탁하려다가 포기함) 2. 중급형 아파트임에도 불구하고 기본적인 식기도구(수저, 젓가락 등)이 일체 없음 3. 입실당시는 괜찮았으나, 저녁때쯤 보니 싱크대 인근에 개미가 막 돌아다님 (요리를 해먹지 않는 다면 크게 상관 없음) 4. 화장실 관리 미흡 - 비누 없음, 유사한 손 세정제는 빈통임 - 세면대 물이 심하게 내려가지 않음 # 장점 1. 콘센트가 많음 2. 숙박 시, 일반 호텔처럼 체크인 등 여러 절차가 없기 때문에 편리함 3. 1군 등 주요 관광지로의 이동이 편리함 (여행자 거리 등은 도보로도 가능함) 4. 전망이 이쁨 5. 거실의 인테리어는 숙소사진 그대로 매우 세련되고 침실은 매우 심플하여 편안함

너무 시끄럽다
주변에서 너무 시끄러워 잘 때 고생좀 했습니다 노래부르고 소리치고 너무 힘들었네요 다만 룸 컨디션은 좋았습니다 다음에도 룸 컨디션으로는 숙박 할 듯 합니다

시설은 굉장이 청결하며 편리했으며 시큐리티 직원들도 친절하며 수영장 또한 24시 운영되여 사람이 없는시간에 피해 편하게 즐길수있었다 또한 근처 시장및 관광지도 접근성도 나쁘지 않아 대체적으로 완벽했다
