I was very lucky to have a big room, it's very spacious , housekeeper coms every day, lots of restaurants nearby. Receptionist Ly is very helpful and nice.

Great location, nice receptionist Ly, she is very helpful and speaks English. Lots of restaurants and body massage nearby ,plus New World Hotel casino is only 3 mins walking distance. But there's no live dealers, only electronic games.

Super close to the Ben Thanh Market. The room was overall clean, and the AC works really well. One thing is that the sound proofing is terrible, we could hear kids screaming from other floors

This was a nice place. A long walk to two of the main tourist streets, but doable. We stayed a few nights and it was quiet at night.

I never come back this hotel again in my life. This is first time in my life, terrible dirty unsafe no AC my kitten say look like in the jail. I am unhappy. I wish I can get my naughty back. It’s not worth that. I don’t recommend nobody come here.

On the first night the staff woke me up at 2am because some random women in a red dress was trying to access to my room (am assuming she was a hooker). I havent asked for anyone nor even told my room number or even the hotel where i was staying to anyone. Really disappointing that the staff didnt even bother to apologies from this. Also the tv didnt work.

Had a problem checking in (new employee) after 24 hours in and out of airports just wanted to rest. No car to meet me at airport as ordered from hotel, tired and also angry by now!!! Got overcharged by taxi. Now after a very bad start of my stay in early May till early June, I fell in love with the hotel. The housekeeper is very kind and does an outstanding job. The sweet girl at the front desk was all so helpful in opening the front door when I was coming or going out, bring food I ordering to my room and a smile at all times on her face. The new employee needs desperately to be replaced. The guy mostly overnight was sweet did not have much interaction with him. I would stay here again good location.

Convenient place to District 1
Convenient and walkable place to District 1 area. Clean hotel as well. However, if you are a light sleeper, do try to request a room that is not facing the main road (Le Thanh Ton), as you will be awaken by music and/or local residents singing early in the morning. Also, if you are someone who usually use hotel wifi, the wifi here is extremely weak, even in the room. Had to use own purchased wifi most of the time.
