Disliked: Staff & service
No one was there to meet us on arrival. Made contact with them and was told someone would be there in 5 minutes. No one showed up and at midnight we still did not have a room. So lucky that the security guard and a kind couple helped us get in contact with one of the other apartments and found us a room that night
