After having to move hotels at the last minute, The T Ritz were amazing, nothing was too much trouble as as we have just arrive in Vietnam after hours of travelling, they gave us the first room available, even though it was bigger than what we had originally booked. Wonderful overnight stay hotel staff are super helpful especially Quang organising limousine bus service to Vung Tau. Big thanks to concierge staff carrying 30kg suitcase they insisted I didn’t help them. Excellent service. Comfortable bed and complimentary afternoon tea was delicious a range of sweet and savoury.
