Some disappointing lapses
"The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Some things were surprising though in a hotel of this quality - the curtains not being of sufficient quality to keep out any of the bright sunlight, the only way to turn on the fan was by climbing up on the bed, the tv remote not working. ..."

Disappointing experience
"The apartment is in desperate need of a complete renovation. Out of date appliances. Things not working, sockets broken and a leak from ceiling in a bedroom. We have given a full list of the many problems to the agency and copied in vrbo."
