Equal distance (15 minute drive) between either Silver Dollar City or Branson Landing, Trophy Run can be seen from the Scenic Overlook on Historic Highway 165. It is also less than 10 minutes from Branson’s world-famous Hwy 76 – ‘The Strip’ – where you can experience all of the live shows, miniature golf, go-karts, zip-lines, museums, attractions and dining that the family-friendly City of Branson is famous for!

Right up the lane from the cabin is a large swimming pool at Tad Pools Activity Center, featuring what has to be the best view from a swimming pool deck in the State of Missouri! The pool does close after the Labor Day holiday. Inside Tad Pools, is a lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV, fitness center, kitchenette, Foosball, pool table, showers and bathrooms, and assorted games. There are no fees or user charges.

Not far from Trophy Run will put you onto the Missouri State Park “White River Valley Trail” system, so bring your hiking boots and fanny pack! And don’t forget to bring your mountain bike. Within ½ mile of the Welcome Center, you can schedule kayak float trips or dive trips into the crystal waters of Table Rock.

There is plenty of space for your family's parking as well as your boat.

If you feel safe turning your kids loose in your home neighborhood, then you can feel confident they are just as safe at Trophy Run. They will be in wonder at all the critters and will have a great chance at seeing bald eagles that occasionally fish this area of Lake Taneycomo. This section of Lake Taneycomo is called Trophy Run, for which the resort is named, for its numerous catches of trophy sized rainbow and brown trout.

Perfect Location!
I loved that there was lots to do! It was a short distance to silver dollar city, the lake,and it has a pool super close by, and a personal hot tub! It was so quiet and relaxing there the whole time. I thought it would be kind of crazy with being the 4th of July but it wasn’t bad at all! They let us bring our dogs which was amazing because we couldn’t find sitters due to the holiday weekend. The kids absolutely loved it! I would definitely stay here again!

My sister, her kids & I take a trip for Christmas every year and this year it was Branson! The cabin was amazing and cozy! I manage and clean bnbs In Nashville and I have high expectations lol I’ve been super disappointed in alot of places I’ve rented for vacation and this one was perfection! Very clean, plenty of amenities and perfect location! There is a restaurant down the street at end of trophy run that was the best food we had all week! There also is a coffee place about 5 min away that had best coffee we ever had and it was across a lookout where you could sit and see all off Branson! The kids loved the hot tub and there was a playground right in front of our cabin that was very impressive! It’s secluded from town but a short drive to everything! Great neighborhood, We also felt very safe! I highly recommend this place for families! We will definitely be back! Again thank you to the housekeepers for a very clean & spotless experience!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and cozy and worked out perfectly for our family with kids ranging from infant-10. We also enjoyed the neighborhood amenities. It was so nice to have a smaller pond for the younger kids to fish at! Overall great experience, we would definitely stay again!

Buds Fishing lodge was great! Private community. Peaceful and quiet. My kids loved the pool. The pool is shaded which makes it very nice when it was 103 degrees! Very close to moonshine beach which was great! Only 15-20 mins to Branson attractions!

Chill Birthday/Bachelorette Weekend
This place was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a birthday and have a low key bachelorette weekend. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. It was nice to be close to the lake and only 15 minutes away from downtown Branson.

The property was beautiful and the layout is fantastic for families staying together, as both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the common area. We loved the location; a short 20min to either side of Branson and Silver Dollar City. When we go back to Branson, I’m sure we will try and snag this property again! Would love to check out the clubhouse next time since we didn’t have a chance this time. The property made this vacation a great one.

Best place I’ve stayed!!!!
We had an amazing time! The cabin was wonderful, decorated in a very classy fishing and cabin feel, in which is my favorite!!! The bathrooms were the largest I’ve seen, and very well accessible for those who are handicapped or elderly. This one alone feature is a must have while staying in places. I’m a caregiver by profession and I understand the importance of accessibility especially in the bathroom. You can actually take a wheelchair into the one shower!!!! I loved the fact we could take our dog on this trip, enjoying his company on a relaxing weekend trip. The kitchen had everything we needed, it was great having a washer and dryer! The beds, sigh…the best sleep I ever had!!! Relaxing in front of the fireplace, was a great way to start and end our day…without a doubt, I will use this cabin again!

Perfect little cabin!
This is the cutest cabin! It was in a great location. Close to everything. It had everything we needed. Access in/out and parking was so easy and convenient. The pool was close by and never crowded! Loved our stay!!
