Staff is great, and I appreciate that they are remodeling the entire place but not having coffee in the morning is a deal breaker. No coffee in the room and no coffee in the breakfast room area. Apparently they didn’t have water in the kitchen so no coffee. How about a couple of Kueregs and some bottled water?

DO NOT Stay here! Checked in late, that process went smooth. There are a group of feral cats (I saw 6), they were very aggressive tried following me in my room. Later when trying to fall asleep I figured out why… There was a rat crawling around inside of my room!!! I immediately hopped up grabbed all my belongings and got out of there as quick as I could. The guy checking me in didn’t seem to find it unusual so I guess it’s a regular occurrence, hence all the cats.. he then told me he could not provide a refund even though I was there for less than 2 hours total and told me to contact Expedia directly. I had already driven 12 hours and just needed some rest before finishing my trip. Sadly I was unable to do so and hope I get refunded for such a terrible experience.

New renovations
We were pleasantly surprised to see that this hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. All new paint, new furniture, new carpeting, etc.in the guest rooms. They are currently working on upgrading the fitness center and breakfast area. The staff was really informative and proud of the transformation. Good to see the upgrades and still at a reasonable price.

Inside the room was great. There was plenty of space. I do wish there were more outlets to plug in items. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people above us at all hours of the night. You could hear babies crying too. I understand they are updating the hotel, but construction began at 8am on Sunday morning. All the noise was too much.

Hot Mess
I’ve stayed at the property before, checking in was fast easy and pleasant. Jonathan made you feel like you were having a five star experience. He was great. He said I was staying in one of their newly remodel rooms so I was super excited picked up my key went to my sister‘s and came back later in the evening. I thought it was odd that there was like 10 huge mattresses piled behind the parking lot in the dirt When I got back then I went through the back gate and there were tons of old, mini refrigerators, dirty, and Broken stuff bags of cement or whatever it was it was a filthy mess and it seemed like it was dangerous having all that stuff in the walkway. I understand the remodeling, but I feel like Since it didn’t seem like anyone was really staying there they could utilize some of their rooms that need to be remodeled for the mess that they have outside. I walked over the grass and there is pieces of plastic and cement and blue tape and stuff all over. What a disaster there’s workout equipment over by the office, more trash and products and things clearly that they’re gonna throw away everywhere. It was very overwhelming and I didn’t think not only did it look good but it seemed a bit hazardous. As far as their morning breakfast goes, they had waffles, bagels, juice, and a prepackaged cinnamon bun very very, very disappointing. Definitely not worth the money. I paid to stay there by far if they’re going to remodel in this manner, they should’ve closed the hotel
