This beautifully decorated beach house is well appointed with all the comforts of home. With the beach and ocean as your backyard, it's the perfect place to immerse yourself in life's little pleasures. Once you set foot in this 5 bedroom plus a loft room, you will notice that every detail has been taken care of. There are so many extra special touches abound that you will want to return again and again! The home has an Elevator that goes from the outside ground floor to the top floor bedroom.

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.3 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island.  This puts you pretty close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Great Extended weekend
We were down for a family wedding and the property was the perfect location! The house had plenty of space for 12 adults. Coffee in the morning with perfect views of the ocean and a great deck! Would definitely go back!

Great location. Needs some updating inside though.
This house is plenty large, and at a great location on Topsail Island. Beach access is perfect. The realty management group was easy to work with. Only complaint is that the inside of the home need some updates. The listing photos must have been taken some years ago when everything was new. The main sofa is torn and the foam is coming through in a couple of spots. Lightbulbs not working. Blinds broken. Kitchen cabinets in disarray. Dishwasher disgusting. Window/screens dirty. It just needs a little TLC from the owner, and it could be perfect.

Easter weekend on Topsail
The house is large and well furnished (does need new carpet), but really only has 5 bedrooms. The loft area with 3 twin beds would be so much more usable if there had been a door. Too open and too loud.

Location is great but service is unacceptable
Yep it's on the beach. We arrived to find no toilet paper, cleaning supplies, anyway to wash dishes nor dish detergent, nor brooms, nor towels etc. Now they want to charge me for not cleaning the house perfectly before leaving and claim that I should read the tos in detail. Not the luxury experience I'd expect.

Amazing House with Amazing Ocean Views!!
This house was perfect for our family! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed during our vacation. The elevator made packing and unpacking the car a breeze! It was fantastic to just walk out the back deck and be on the beach! Highly recommend this home!

Well decorated, very well-equipped kitchen, Comfy mattresses.
This is not a reflection on the home or homeowners but the beach disappears when the tide comes in. You must remove your chairs daily to accommodate the tide coming in. A little bit of an inconvenience.
