Saltwater Resort Suite 1004, Pet Friendly Queen

Saltwater Resort is Topsail Islands newest luxury hotel accommodation! This new construction property just opened in June 2024; however, the clubhouse/event venue and saltwater pool development is still under construction and currently scheduled to open some time in July 2024.

Suite 1004 is a First Floor Queen Pet Friendly Suite with captivating ocean views and 700 sqft of modern well designed open living space. This suite has one luxuriously comfortable king-size bed, a sparkling modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with table and chairs and a spacious living area with a queen size sleeper-sofa and club chairs. The 75 inch Smart HDTV with fiber optic cable service, high-speed WiFi, and full size washer and dryer allow you to discover the ultimate seaside escape with all the comforts of home.

When you arrive, your beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens. We provide you with all you need to start off a relaxing vacation right, including luxury bedding, bath towels, travel size shampoo/conditioner /bath soap, cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker and starter supply of k-cups and condiments, and a starter supply of dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.

On the ground level we have a spacious covered outdoor guest common area with multiple areas of seating and games such as ping-pong, corn hole, and tiki/ring toss where you can gather with family, friends and other guests. We have 8 beach cruisers you can check out and ride during your stay at no cost and outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after the beach!

Whether you're planning a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or a business trip, the Saltwater has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one. Located 250 feet from the beach access between the Atlantic Ocean and the Sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Saltwater is the perfect place to stay on Topsail Island. Guests can walk or bike to the best waterfront dining and shopping on the Island, enjoy live music at a laid back beach bar, take a sunset boat tour, fish golf, or book an adventure to kayak, paddle-board, sail, or jet ski all within sight of this incredible property! This peaceful place of refuge for adults is also paradise for the kids. Walk to the beach to boogie board, surf, build sandcastles, watch for dolphins or hunt for shells, or bike to get ice cream and head to Soundside Park to play or fish for crabs off the docks. Surf City is a charming, laid back area in the heart of Topsail Island centrally located between Topsail Beach (south end of the Island) and North Topsail Beach (north end of the Island).
