Check in was okay but was told there will be extra charge as we arrived one hour before check in time. We therefore chose to leave the luggage for storage and ventured out into the city until after 9pm! In the room the toilet don’t seem to be very up to standard - the long bath had a big chip and we found hair inside the bath. Toilet bowl was stained and sink trap had a rusty and steel was badly tarnished - due to water conditions ?? Worst of all the kettle was not cleared of water and had deposits of calcium inside the pot making the boiled water murky - is this due to water conditions in Copenhagen ? !

The room was uncomfortable and dirty. The bed sheets were so rough it made me it itchy. I would recommend people go into the city for a good night of sleep in a better hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable, spotless and well designed. My only suggestion would be to provide one small bar of soap. The hand soap provided is over scented,harsh and doesn't remove makeup......and there was nothing at all provided in the bathtub.
