The pool and hot tub were VERY tiny. The breakfasts were very basic and disappointing. The coffee was watered down. The rooms were fine and it was next to the Christmas lights in Riverside Park, which was great and why we chose this hotel.

The front desk and buffet staff were hospitable, helpful, and efficient. The weather strip on the MAIN ENTRANCE doors was loosely and loudly scraping against the frame and concrete entrance during our stay. Not a great first impression and begged the question, what else isn’t being fixed? There wasn't an exhaust fan in our bathroom. The breakfast buffet offered good variety in a warm, clean atmosphere. The buffet was well stocked and its set-up promoted forward flow to either a table and chairs, or sofa and chairs seating area. Some of us enjoyed the well-maintained pool and hot tub, while others could join in on the conversation and fun from an observation area accessible from the floor above. Nice! Overall, a good value.

Walked to Rotary Lights.
Beautiful room and very spacious. Great water pressure in the shower. All the pillows were too big, but that was the only negative. Enjoyed breakfast immensely. It was a great stay.
