Picked this hotel because of the quiet central HVAC building wide system instead of the typical noisy below window units (commercial version of home window A/C) found in most mid-priced motel/hotels. Did not like the ala carte breakfast.

Do not recommend.
Our room was definitely not cleaned before we checked in. We arrived late and with 3 kids, we didn’t have a choice but to stay. There was an old sandwich in the fridge and dust on everything in the bathroom. It had not been vacuumed. We even question whether the sheets had been changed. We were told that there was nothing that could be done because we booked through a 3rd party site. Will not stay here again.

This place is very nice, clean, quiet, very hospitable and friendly staff, very accessible to the convention center next door and all the nearby restaraunts/shopping. The room and the bed was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, I only gave it a 3 star rating on staff and service because the dining room was terribly understaffed. The 2 of us and another group of 3 stood in line at the entrance of the dining room for 15 minutes for a 10am Sunday breakfast. When we were seated, the dining area was less than 1/2 full of current diners with the remaining tables unbussed with previous diners dirty dishes. The few wait staff themselves were great and working very hard to try to get ahead just serving the existing customers with little time to clean up and ready the “used” tables.
