Our flight was early in the morning. The hotel is connected to the airport. With electronic tickets and no check in luggage, it took us only 10 minutes to walk from the hotel front desk to the airport security checkpoint. Also the hotel is connected to the Metro and train station. Easy to get to the city.

Clarion Hotel is very much convenient going to the city center and back. The train system is also a major part of getting to the city and rest of Copenhagen. No need for shuttle to the hotel and to the airport - arrival and departure are only minutes away. Plus the hotel itself provides comfort and luxurious experience. No other hotels are in our mind when we come back to Copenhagen

1. I arrived in a rental car and the unloading required parking fees, but the automated parking meter wasn't working and I had to negotiate with the parking officer not to give me a ticket as I was trying to watch my suitcases that were already in the lobby. 2. The property location is like a 4th terminal, From my hotel room to the baggage check in was a much longer walks and very few escalators, elevators. I've stayed at airport hotels before and this just not that convenient. I don't recommend going this route. 3. If you must stay at the airport, then I'd recommend looking at the hotel literally right next door and connected to the lobby of the clarion. The Clarion is not worth the absurdly high price considering how it's not convenient. At all.

I signed up for early check in but my flight was delayed so I did not arrive early. Was still charged for early check in. AC does not work and fridge did not keep things cold. Had to wait for over an hour for more towels and finally left. Housekeeping left fresh towels on floor in dirty hallway. Defeated point of fresh towels. Room was well worn. Needs updating. Not worth the money.

Overall, convenient location that is walkable to the airport terminals. Perfect for short layovers. Staff is super helpful! Breakfast was great. The rooms are a bit outdated for the pricing but it gets the job done.
