Beautiful, newly built dog friendly home is very close to blue flag sandy Trearddur Bay Beach and all its amenities including restaurants, gastro pubs, shop, post office, fish n chip shop coastal walks the list goes on!
4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs all oin ground floor and
on upstairs, further 3 bedrooms and luxury gold marble bathroom with freestanding tub walk in large shower and his n hers vanity. Theres also a separate lounge area with TV and morning / dry bar!
There is a new large hot tub with gazebo over and large enclosed rear garden for kids and dogs to play! full speed internet and sky TV also as standard.
Electric car charging point and private driveway for 4 cars.
Why not take the ferry literally round the corner from Holyhead marina for a day trip to the infamous city that doesnt sleep, Dublin!
There is something for everyone of all ages on this stunning holiday Island of Anglesey North Wales! Pack the car, the suitcase, the kids n dogs and go! No stressful airport waits, just kick of your shoes when you arrive and relax! Enjoy a well earned glass of fizz in the fabulous Hot Tub!
Everything is modern from the sea theme decor in some rooms to the new fully euipped open plan kitchen / island / diner. Theres also a large decking area at the back with patio furniture and BBQ. There's even a little utility room with washing machine and somewhere you can hang your wet suits up in. Get that paddle board out and enjoy the Bay! If you dont have your own paddle board they can be hired from the post office / shop Blu Chameleon opposite the beach just a stone throws away!
