One of the best hotels I have in HK. The amenities request service have all sorts of items you can request for, even diapers! For families bringing children, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Little slice of paradise!

We loved it here! We stayed for 4 nights, with two days in the park as a 2 adults and one 4 yo family. The transport links to and from the hotel were excellent, with regular buses from the hotel to the bus and train station at the park (where we also took a bus to the Disneyland hotel for a character breakfast, which was excellent). The Disney train line is adorable, comfortable and quick to get to sunny bay where we then had plenty of options to explore the rest of Hong Kong. The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were perfect for us. The toiletries in the hotel were a great quality, there were slippers in adult and kid sizes supplied, complimentary water and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived later than scheduled due to our original flight being cancelled, but the buffet restaurant were able to sell us a cup noodle for our hungry little one to have in our room. After our second day in the park, we decided to cool off in the hotel pool which was awesome and just what we needed. Rubber rings and life jackets are available for free to borrow as well as towels, and there were three lifeguards on duty so it felt very safe for the little ones. My husband braved the water slide too and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. We ate in the archivist bar on our final night which was excellent and marvel themed. The staff were attentive, very friendly and so cute with our son. Afterwards my husband and son went to explore the free games room which they loved. Deet spray was provided too!

We came to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary and our stay did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly, it also my birthday, and they me gifts for both occasions. Disney definitely goes the extra mile. We had an amazing time at the Resort also, had a great dinner that night and we really enjoyed the character breakfast & buffet with Goofy!

Such a beautiful hotel with great theming. Although considered to be the budget friendly option in comparison to the other two Disney Hotels, I found the facilities to be on par with them. The hotel is definitely better than official Disney Hotels in other countries, especially the ones in Disneyland Paris.
