Hotel needs a lift
Hotel is too old and a lots of amenities are not working. AC temperature regulator is not working, Room either too hot or too cold. Water filled up in sink and can’t drain fast enough, some of the buttons in the hotel elevator are not working. We have hard time going to 22nd floor. Overall we are not satisfied with the hotel conditions and will not stay here again

Panda hotel
The rooms were fine a little tired. However, the bathroom was grim. Mouldy, poorly patched up repairs and needed renovating. There was a constant smell of damp and mould in the bathroom and the rooms even with two purifiers in there. The purifiers didn’t seem to do enough but made a constant noise which was louder than the a/c. Nevertheless, the staff were lovely, friendly and efficient. It is no fault of their own that they work in a hotel that needs an overhaul.

Our third time at this property and we chose for the location. The reception is as busy as I remember but hardly any seating and empty space which could easily take on more seats. No cushions on outside furniture by pool. Check in was easy and assistance with bag storage was easy.
