This is the third stay at the Jervois and each time it has been excellent. Very comfortable room with everything needed for your time in HK. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms with friendly & helpful staff. Location is also great for everything you want to get from your trip

I booked because they said it was 700 Sq Dr It wasn’t close more like 550 sq ft. Not good as room was smaller than advertised Management said that’s how HK hotels measure size ha Anyway I was very disappointed that the excuse was pretty poor. Although nice the extra space was needed and not received

The stay was alright, our room was on the 6th floor, the location is very convenient with 7 eleven right in front (You can load octopus card there). Money changer is also within 3-4 walking distance. The room was very spacious & air conditioning was great. The only thing is every time my husband & I sat on the couch, we would get itchy and bug bites would start forming on our legs. I don’t think they clean the couch often, I would suggest check the couch on the 6th floor & have it disinfected..

Our family really loved our stay at the Jervois. The staff were really friendly and the property was in great condition. The rooms were very spacious with enough room for a baby crib in the living room.

The hotel is 5mins walk from the Sheung Wan MTR station and nearby lots of restaurants, bars and sights, but perfectly quiet at night. The living area was comfortable and had amazing views over the city. The beds & bedding were very comfy and high quality.
