Although the stay started on the wrong foot, as in the confirmation email I was told that check in was not done after office hours at 1800 local time. I rushed over by under which cost extra due to surge prices, when I could have taken public transportation. At Check In, I was given a room with a "wet bathroom" that had the toilet in the shower, which would have meant the floor would be always wet. Pictures during booking definitely did not have this. The manager (Apple) changed a room with a separate shower for me, but without the city view due to availability.
The staff in general were very kind and courteous (especially Tai 泰哥). Only exception was the lady during my checkout. She had a huge attitude and kept giving excuses on why I cannot stow a bag with them. This definitely made me feel I was an inconvenience to them when I was a paying guest for 5 days and 4 nights. Just because I was checking out means I am not longer a guest?
