Third time traveling to Hawaii in the last three months because the people here are AMAZING. When I need to relax, I come here. This property is nice. Rooms updated and very clean. The staff is AMAZING! Travel often but I don't see people as friendly as I do in Honolulu.

Our stay was good because of the town not the hotel. The location is very shady and full of homeless and is unsafe. Generally boring and nothing is happening there at night. The hotel is sneaky, they would charge for fees without declaring it. They don’t have parking and force you to pay more than $55/day for valet and you wouldn’t know about it until you see the receipt when checking out, what a scam! Avoid it, nothing is good here.
