This is a cozy little place a 5-10 minute walk from the ocean. The apartment itself is very clean and lovingly decorated. It has the essentials to make coffee/tea, warm up food (microwave) and even a heating plate in a drawer. It is advertised for two people, so dishes etc are pretty much for two people. We loved it and, if we go to Oahu again, will go there again. The location is very close to the ocean. There are several small stores for food, a coffee & pastry place, a corner with food trucks and a nice sushi place in walking distance. The owner is very responsive. We had a little hickup with the parking reservation that required many email exchanges but we figured it out (our fault, not the owner's). The owner's parking spot is underneath the building and close to an entrance. I cannot judge if the price is justified (compared to other parking places) but it is certainly convenient. Just keep in mind that you will be charged by day not by 24 hour period. You pay for the day you check in and the day you leave. Check-in is with the security guard, who is there most of the time. No problem.
Drawbacks (that wouldn't deter us): it is in what appears like an apartment building that does not look very nice and the hallway smells musty like most of those buildings do. Once you enter the apartment all is good though. It is clean and smells good and you can indeed see the ocean. The picture accurately depicts the view. It is small though. Good for the two people it is advertised for. No luxury, but if that's what you want, you need to pay accordingly. My husband and I are not the youngest anymore but we loved it and would go there again.
