Great Hotel and wonderful staff. Sandy beach within steps from the Hotel, excursion shuttle pick is located at the hotel, the towel service for beach/pool is great and there’s water stations provided throughout the property

We had a great time! Hotel restaurants were great and the staff was excellent especially Karen (housekeeping on 14th floor and Clayton (bartender) at the adult pool. Rooms were clean. The only downside was that room should have been described as partial ocean view instead of ocean view and there should have been more front desk agents for people who weren't members

So you book through expedia to save money, this does not include resort fees and parking which totals 500+ that is not part of your booking. the resort is great and right on the beach, however i could have probably picked another location even further back and walked 5 minutes to the beach and also save a lot on this resort. It was a great stay though

I paid for an ocean view didn’t get it tried to tell front desk they tried to charge me more money for something I already paid for threw Expedia 140$ extra a night for the ocean I showed them that I paid for ocean view (ocean front) they didn’t care

Great stay for reasonable price! Our room was great looking out at the ocean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is right near and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend.

It was a nice hotel. Kinda was different in a way, where most floors and amenities you had to keep scanning your card. Also getting charged for every single thing was to me robbery and a classy way. To pay as much as we pay and do not get free breakfast was mind blowing. To have a microwave in the room is $10 per day, a fee to wash clothes. Again, nice but too expensive.

It started off rough with room situation but after that, everything went smoothly. The location of this hotel to the beach was ideal and they had so much within the hotel whether it was Starbucks, shaved ice, great pool food. Definitely would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Oahu/honolulu.
