Room was not an upgrade at all. Head security was nice when he followed up with us, but of course besides the refund of resort fee, "there is never "ANYTHING" anyone can do seems to be the standard line. Pool needs more wait staff for pool area also.

The room was clean and cozy, the staff and housekeeping were so friendly and helpful! The beach is right across the street and all you have to do is stop at the beach shop to grab your chairs. Location was good, walking distance to restaurants and shops !

Staff throughout the hotel were amazing! Our flight to Honolulu was cancelled and rescheduled to the following day so we were exhausted upon arrival. Room was ready and clean when we arrived first thing. Views of diamond head and partial ocean were beautiful! Amenities were easy to use, including beach chair rental.

Staff are friendly especially the room service ladies . There was a lady in the front desk who checked us in who was not very nice. The rooms are spacious and clean, same as property. It’s also close to beach which is really crowded. They don’t have extended check out. They charge 50$ for one hour of late check out. We ask for hospitality room with our Bonvoy, which was basically one shower and one bathroom and you have to change there. The restaurant was ok and expensive like most of the restaurants we went in Waikīkī. Food is average at the resort. Self parking is also expensive, 65$ per night. We enjoyed our stay.
