Staff were very pleasant and the hotel is extremely convenient-less than 10 mins walk from the airport. However, my room smelt damp and I was put in a disabled room despite having no disability. The number of emergency cords in the bathroom made avoiding pulling them accidentally a bit of a problem. Food options were limited with both restaurants having the same overpriced menu. My first 2 choices were unavailable and the food I received wasn’t great especially in view of the price. Rooms lacked any character or ambience. If you need a clean place convenient to the airport then it’s fine. Just don’t expect anything more.

Although l booked a while ago, l was given a disabled room, so no bath after 8hours travel. Air conditioning didn't work as it was 4 hours warmer when l woke up than when l set the dial at 16°. The man at the counter said he'd speak to the agent who booked me in and offered me a drinks coupon at 10am. I have been a travel agent with BTI AMERICAS/USTRAVELor nearly 40years and sold thousands of Radisson nights and when l treat myself to a luxury hotel at £134, l expect a lot more than this. I am extremely disappointed.

Oval excellent with easy access to terminal so an outdoor, but covered walkway. Parking is quite congested and driving is a bit difficult navigating in the parking lot.
