Very clean, and with an almost brand new building feeling. Nestled between major highways, once in your room, you cannot hear any traffic noise or even any from the hallways. This hotel can be your convenient stay place when driving thru or visiting major tourist attractions like the Finger Lakes, Glen Watkins, Ithaca, the vineyards or even the gorgeous Letchworth State Park during fall, like we did. The included breakfast was so good that the seating was not enough to accommodate everyone and portable tables and chairs were brought in by the staff. There're some dinning and fast food places at driving distance, but none in building or at walking distance.

We had a lovely time stay at this Hotel. We were in the area to do some hiking, but it was close to many restaurants and shopping as well. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable plus they even had a small night light in the bathroom. That was a plus. The morning breakfast was lovely and well stocked. We used the gym and the pool and both were clean and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay
Everything was tidy at this hotel which was pretty much brand new. Wendy was very informative and friendly at check-in. Breakfast was good, wish there were more hot food items besides just eggs and sausage. The breakfast attendant was very kind and on top of making sure things were restocked. The room was nice and bed comfy. Overall a good experience!

Very clean property (outdoor parking, lobby, dinning space, pool area, elevator and overall room) where my friends and I stayed in. No funky carpet odor whatsoever. Upon our arrival, I found a few hair strands leftover in the bathroom sink and tub, which was a bit disappointing. However, the entire management compensates in all other area of services they provide that it overshadows their tiny mishap or shortcomings. Highly accommodating staff and front desk personnel. I would certainly book my future stay here again! Thanks Best Western Plus :)

Help people when you say you’re going to.
We couldn’t figure out how to work the tv as the remote did not seem to work. We called the front desk and they said it would be about 10 minutes for someone to check it out. Nobody ever came. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to watch a little tv before bed. Other than that we basically slept and had breakfast and left so everything else was fine. Hotel was nice and clean but the tv situation was annoying.

The hotel looks brand new and is very clean. I arrived at 1:30 AM and asked the front desk if I could check out at 12 PM instead of 11 AM. The friendly staff extended my checkout time to 12:30 PM.
