Although the location was fine there were no drinking glasses in the room. In Corning, near the Museum of Glass, there are no drinking glasses in the room. How ironic. Walls are paper thin.

Clean and quiet room. Though the architecture is a bit dated in the lobby (heavy dark cement) the room was updated and comfortable. Very convenient to the main area of shopping and dining.

I was happy to book here as I was visiting family in the area and I grew up here.,o have been familiar with this property since it was built. It has dropped a couple of steps, on the plus side, the beds, linens were comfortable. There was a guest laundry, the front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the wait staff in the dining area for breakfast

The property was nice and quiet. I requested and paid for a queen suite but got a regular queen room with no closets or space to hang clothing. The explanation was that it was a larger queen - not a very satisfactory nor logical explanation.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and had a nice lobby. Front desk staff Kayleigh and Aubrey were so kind and gave excellent customer service as did our server Brenda at breakfast. The music social on Friday was super cute as well.

The location is perfect. Close to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the two museums. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Some parts of the hotel are crumbling and old but its clear the management is working on maintaining the older building.

Lovely place to visit.
Loved this hotel and Corning. A lovely walkable area with lots of restaurants and small businesses. The hotel was under some renovation but did not effect guests at all. Lovely staff, good restaurant. Great breakfast at Donna's on Main Street.

Staff is nice. Room is big and clean, but the corridor and entrance not very clean. The breakfast is not good, not much varieties and I was charged $3 for the coffee and $5 orange juice without being told unfront and there is no menu to show it. I only knew about it when I received the bill. There are free coffee at the entrance of the restaurant. Why I've been to pay for the coffee just because the waiter deliver it to me? When I was led to the table, the waiter asked whether I want a cup of coffee, I think this is a service that was provided, and did not expect I will have to pay for it. Not too happy about this, not because of the money, is the way how they handled it. Clients should be informed of these charges upfront instead of just asking the client whether they want a coffee or an orange juice, then charged them....misleading!
