Spacious Lakeside Cottage

My husband and I stayed for Valentine’s weekend. The place was a very spacious one bedroom - 1 bath with a great view and deck/patio. It had everything we needed and the host was responsive when I messaged. Check in was super easy! The only thing was that there wasn’t any counter space in the bathroom and no hooks to hang wet towels, minor suggestions. It was great! We enjoyed our time in Hot Springs and loved the house and the fact that it wasn’t right in the middle of everything downtown.

Cozy Cabin

Loved it, very peaceful and quiet! Great for a relaxing getaway for myself and wife. Could have brought the whole family as there was enough room! Hope to stay again!

My second home!

I'm from hot springs, but moved to bryant two years ago. I've been going to this location because it is always clean.. organized.. great communication (if needed). After 5 stays.. no complaints! I'll be back soon!

Perfect Getaway

If you are looking for a very quiet and private place to decompress and recharge, this is it. Small but extremely expansive single bedroom and bathroom. We absolutely loved the priacy. Thank you for a wonderful place. We pla to visit again soon.

Cute little one bedroom Lakehouse. The view of the lake from this house was obstructed but it was still really lovely. Perfect fall getaway. The only small thing complaint

Bugs and Denial

The house was mostly as expected however I am not sure if nobody has stayed there since they cleaned it or if it wasn’t cleaned well. There were dead bugs all over. There were gnats flying out of the garbage disposal. I didn’t say anything because we aren’t picky. We never complain. I cleaned a bit and we were ok. The second day I lifted my bag off the floor and a huge bug scurried away. I tried to find it but couldn’t. After about an hour it came back out and I was able to kill it. My husband and I both thought it was a roach. We looked up other bugs and compared our picture thinking it could something else but the legs and antenna made us certain it was a roach. We sent a picture to my uncle who is an exterminator and he confirmed it was a roach. By then it was 10 pm and too late to leave that night. I contacted the owners. 14 hours later they responded. There was no “I’m sorry” or any explanation just “that’s a water bug, harmless.” We looked up water bugs. It is not. Regardless of what it is they expect people to just be ok with bugs? There was no offer of refunding one night because we left early. We didn’t want the whole trip refunded as we stayed two nights but one night and an apology would have been nice instead of “oh no big deal.” There is a For Sale sign in front of the house so maybe they just don’t care. It certainly isn’t a good practice. When the sight claims it’s clean you don’t expect there to be bugs.

Wonderfully Refreshing

Hubby and I celebrated our anniversary here, we had such a wonderful stay! Location is perfect, quick to get to most restaurants, miniature golf and not far from downtown. Within a quick walk, we sat by the waterfront and enjoyed the views. We had a perfect stay!

Relaxing and good location

We overall liked the stay, however, the communication with the owner was a much longer delay than we typically receive with other owners. While the place was spacious, the layout was odd and easily could've fit a second bedroom. We did find socks from a previous stay too.

Adorable Cottage

The cottage was very cozy & cute! My 16-year-old slept on the couch bed in the living room and said it was very comfortable. I loved the main bedroom; it was so bright and comfy as well. This cottage was perfect for trip.

Clean, close to downtown, easy to find.

It provided me a safe place to stay. Coffee was not suitable for morning coffee (pods were salty and sweet). House is close to all of the places I wanted to go. I have stayed here several times alone and with my family.

Cozy Lake House

I scheduled this visit to attend the Hot Springs Spyder Rally but, I wanted the quiet a house would provide over a hotel. This place is just that. It is conveniently located near everything I needed yet gave me the quiet and privacy I prefer. I was hoping for a better view of the lake from the house but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for me.

Cozy Get-Away

This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. The one in the living room was logged into Netflix luckily and the one in the bedroom was logged into Prime. The view from the bedroom was amazing! It stormed the first night we got there. One thing I disliked was the orange blanket on the bed seemed to be used outside prior to our arrival and had leaves/nature on there that got all over the bed. Also, my partner found strands of hair that wasn’t mine on the bed. Aside from this, this was a great stay! Note: The door in the picture was orange but the one we had was black.

Great cottage for a relaxation

Great stay overall! Housr was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Just 5-10 minute drive to town. Kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook or grill. It was a great visit!
