The Doubletree was very nice and clean! I loved the outside where you can sit in rocking chairs and look at Lake Hamilton and the grass is like a turf that you can walk bare footed and it feels so nice to your feet. Also the desk clerks were real nice especially Marie and Tony. We stayed there 3 days(August 13th and August 16th and I enjoyed every minute! We will be coming back soon and letting our family and friends know about our great experience. ....Roshella

This was our families first time in Hot Springs and our first time staying at this hotel. When we walked in, we were immediately impressed with the beauty of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back next year.

Restaurant staff went out ther way to accommodate me. I otdered eggs " " basted " they ware unfamiliar with that cooking method iwas fine with " sunny side up" but the server told the cook and he came out to ask how exactly i like them, i explained and few minutes later i got my eggs cooked to the perfection. They did not have to do that, yet they both server and the cook/ chef took upon themselves to give excellent service !

We stay there quite a bit for work. And every single time I stay there it is a great experience. Billy at the front desk is awesome. Always remebers who I am. And i know most people thinks someone remembers the., but he even remebers details. Rooms are awesome, food is great, bar staff is friendly. This is the only place we stay for work.
