The condo features a King bed with a Queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the Newly Refurbished, gorgeous 9 hole mini-golf course, Cabana hot tub, game room with billiards and ping pong, mini-golf, tennis, pickle ball and basketball! The Cabana and lakefront pools are closed for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

The bed was uncomfortable! The shower was weak and small! There were moldy coffee grounds in coffee filter basket! No smoking on balcony and no information on a smoking area! This information was not provided in description of property! We were very disappointed!

The property was ok… The mini golf, tennis, and inside activities were nice. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathtub was dirty, huge chunks of food under the bed, the sheets didn’t seem clean, the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, and some of the electrical outlets were faulty. The staff were extremely nice.

Our stay at this very nice property was relaxing! It's easy to get to and nicely updated. The shower could use a little work but our Host was extremely responsive when the A/C was not cooling! We would like to stay here again!

I loved everything about my stay. The check in and out was a breeze. Our host was very kind, helpful and extremely timely with her responses when I reached out to her with questions. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was so very comfortable and the view of Lake Hamilton was amazing. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

The property was clean and just right for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The hot tub and sauna were great after a surprise snowfall in March!

Awesome property

I have been coming to hot springs to visit family on the lake since I was knee high to a grass hopper. They are on the coke side of the lake. I love this city and lake. Condo is in a awesome location to access everything the city has to offer. Property is well maintained condo was clean and just as described. Can’t wait to come back with the little ones. I know they would love the pool mini gold and game room. We definitely book again.

The condo was clean. The staff was friendly. Lake front but not able to walk into the lake (drop off). Beach 20 minutes away. Foot traffic could be heard from condo above.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to be closer to the lake as it was a pretty steep walk back up after making it down to the lake. The security guard was nice and helpful. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the property.
