I enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn very much. I was very disappointed, though, because the price on Expedia was much more expensive than Hilton Honors or AARP. Wish I would have booked with someone else to get a cheaper rate.

Stuck in elevator
So I got stuck in the elevator. It was the longest 28 minutes of my life. I am very c claustrophobia , and by the time they got the doors open I was on the floor trying to keep calm, but was having a very hard time breathing, I was sick most of the night from the stress and anxiety. Without even so much as I’m sorry from the management and or the staff on duty. Not even an offer for a further stay, on them. I mean absolutely nothing, like it was no big deal to them at all. The next morning at breakfast I could hear them talking about it, but still no apology from them.

Horrible front desk clerk
The front desk clerk was horrible. She checked us in and out. They were obviously having computer problems or maybe she was just incapable but no apologies or sorry this is taking so long….RUDE
