Our stay was good except for a couple of items. There was no room cleaning during our stay. We had to get towels from front desk daily. The tub didn't drain well, and the TV had several vertical lines running through it. Other than those above mentioned items, our stay washood

I booked a room here when the AC randomly went out at home, and it was near work. I did book a small staycation here back in 2020, so knowing the hotel was also a factor. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and check in was easy. My room was clean and had plenty of towels, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. I have no complaints, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Professionally Inept Staff
Worst customer service experience ever (and I’m a relatively frequent traveler). The woman who was the on-site manager had very limited professionalism and spoke disparagingly to me just because I asked for a third trash bag to empty our food-related waste (she gave me 2 small bags. The small waste bin in our room was full and we didn’t want to leave the room untidy because of the additional trash.) No microwave. The refrigerator couldn’t even fit 2 small-sized to-go plates with 3 bottles of water. Except you’re comfortable with being treated very poorly, I don’t recommend this place!

Booked a King..it WAS a king but was a handicap accessible room...don't need that and didn't like it. Wifi was TERRIBLE...attempted to upgrade, front desk said I needed to call an 800...wasn't worth it. NEVER able to access the upgrade, charged for it on the bill anyway.

This is the worse experience I have ever had with a Marriott hotel, the staff was not courteous in customer service, the room was dirty and smell, the internet was mostly trashed and they didn’t have any response to a solution. In general not expected for a Marriott
