When we checked in, the desk staff was not very friendly. She barely spoke to us and didn't look at us at all. During our stay, the "Corner Market" was never restocked so there weren't many options available. The pool was also closed during our entire stay (four nights). In our room, the fan in the bathroom didn't work. We had two tv's in our room and only one of them worked. One would turn on and we'd see the input and volume level but then nothing but a black screen. The remote for that tv wouldn't work and neither would the buttons on the side of the tv. The breakfast options were limited: the eggs were rubbery and the toast was stale. When things ran out, the staff was slow to restock it.

We had a 4 night stay which we asked for cleaning. They did stay they would come at 2nd day. They never came. The pool was extremely cold and foggy. On our last day, we saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

The property is conveniently located with many stores and restaurants nearby. I gave it 4 stars because the smell in the room speaks to how dated the hotel is and their pool was out of order the entire 3 days we were there. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was great.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. Since the moment we arrived the front desk clerk was very helpful. He was very informative. The hotel room was extremely clean and spacious. The morning clerk got the shuttle for us to take us to the airport. It was one of the many perks that was offered to their hotel guests . Over all it was a great stay.
