Was told at check-in at the beginning of the 3 night stay that the room would be cleaned and towels exchanged every other day. When we got back for the second night we found that the room had not been serviced - wife was able to go to lobby and get fresh towels but we were disappointed that they didn't do what they said they would. The hotel is definitely on the older side and not it the most desirable area but they do try to keep it clean. They should also provide a hot breakfast to be competitive with others.

I reserved this place for the free breakfast for my 81 year old diabetic mother in law. She needs to eat often to keep her blood sugar levels low. But I was disappointed. I have NEVER been to a hotel that stopped serving breakfast at 8 am. She had to buy a crappie microwave egg burrito.

The hotel was in average condition. Elevator was not working so we got lucky with a room un the 1st floor. Rooms could use and up date but overall it was ok for the one night stay!

The staff is always great! This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s right off the expressway. There is a gas station next door. Easy car rental fill up. The rooms are clean. They also sell snacks, drinks, casual adult beverages. They have a restaurant. We did not try that though. But overall easy place to stay!

People try to open my door at night time each day I stayed. The front staff lady was rude. I asked for a few necessities for the room and she replied " is that all you need! Because I dont want to keep making trips. " I will not be staying here again.

They didn’t said that they were ‘nt going to clean, do the bed and the most IMPORTANT THE TOWELS were not changed. They were wet. There was a sign that if we want to change the towels, live them in the floor. If we don’t want to change them hang it. It was room 152 with special facilities. Next day we talked with Rosa at the checkout she is an excellent person. We always stay in this Hotel when we come to Houstom.
