I would liked the double bed room more affordable. We had to get king bed, no double bed available and also not affordable. We did not need a suite, just a room with 2 beds.

When we checked in the their computers were down, we still a key card assigned but didn’t work to get into our room, therefore we had to wait 25-30 minutes to have someone let us in. It was very frustrating & inconvenient.

Wonderful place to stay during horribly hard times at MD Anderson. Great gym and breakfast and unbelievable nice, kind staff at front desk and restaurant Whish had better coffee pots like a Keurig I’ve seen in all my hotel stays at different hotels But minor in the scheme of things We will be staying here from now on!! Thank you!

Kitchenette was convenient, love the rotating TV. Its perfect for long stays as well. The pool area was nice and overall check in and check out was smooth only suggestion I have is for them to keep lotion in the rooms and not at the front desk. Other than that would definitely come back.

This was one of the cleanest & nicest hotels. I stayed at in a long time. I was scheduled to have surgery at Texas Orthopedic group early the next morning. It is in a very convenient area. Close to all the hospitals. Holly recommended will definitely stay there again.
