The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and great soft sheets. The fitness center is above average with good equipment, Including two rowing machines, free weights, mats, and ear buds. The air conditioner worked great! The shower had lots of hot water and good pressure even though we were on the 11th floor. Had lots of outlets and plugs, digital clocks next to the bed, and automatic shades—one light filtering and one room darkening. Parking is in an attached garage. It’s a relatively new hotel. The breakfast was an unexpected delight with lots of options. It was a great stay.

The hotel was just ok. It was pretty and the breakfast was amazing! Location was good for the game we went to at NRG Stadium. However, the AC unit in the room was very loud every time it came on. The toilet seat was loose and the poolside bar was closed for the season. Just not what we hoped for considering the price

We had a wonderful manager at the Hyatt Place by the name of Precious. She was very cordial, polite, caring, and provide our stay to be as comfortable as possible. This location has been ideal for my husband and I, we will continue to stay at Hyatt Place and recommend the location to family and friends.
