Start your morning off with a run in the nearby Buffalo Bayou Park and finish it with some food from Piggy s Kitchen & Bar! Or sleep in on a brand new queen-sized bed until you re ready to head down to luxurious pool and amenity deck.
Grab a cup of coffee in the kitchen before heading out to work, downtown, the Toyota Center, Minute Maid Stadium, or the BBVA Compass stadium.
Print out your tickets for free in the 24/7 business and copy center and head to Minute Maid Park, Reliant Stadium, or the Toyota Center to catch a game or concert.

We are available by phone. However, our employees are able to visit.
Other things to note
This space is intended for travelers. Do not book this place if you intend on using it as some sort of venue for partying, baby showers, business meetings, pool parties, or other events. Houston locals must contact the host before booking. Do not contact the host until you have read and understand the rules.

- In the event of a lease violation, rule violation, or other activity which involves AirBnB customer service/resolution team OR the host, you and the parties involved may NOT seek retaliation (ex:squatting, property damage, retaliatory reviews) or act in a manner deemed retaliatory to the host.
- You agree that you will check-in to our property by signing in within our book. This is MANDATORY, as building staff must be made aware of all travellers entering the building. Once you have signed in and sent us the required information, your check-in will be completed. We do not keep any information on our guests once they check-out.
- You agree to not lose our key and/or key fob. Losing our key fob leads to a $200 fine.
- You agree to only bring the amount of guests that you have agreed to into this building. All guests staying in the building agree to signing in our binder as part of our check-in process.
- You agree that we, Comfy Living will act as your hosts and will address any concerns that you have, NOT building staff.
- If you do not sign-in, penalties include a trip cancellation which you will not be refunded for, an eviction, and a $200 ADMIN FEE.
- In the event of circumstances which require ecalation to AirBnB customer support, you may NOT give retaliatory reviews. Penalties include being blacklisted from our Houston, Dallas, and Fort-Worth network of properties.
Violations of property managements request to let their leasing agents focus on leasing may also have repercussions:
a) they may ask me to ask you to leave, in this case you ll be asked to leave without refund.
B.) if you or a guest of yours creates a disturbance that leads to a lease violation, there will be a $200 penalty.
C.) if you or a guest of yours creates a disturbance that leads to an eviction. There will be a $3000 penalty. In my 3 years as a host with 10 separate properties, there has never been a need to assess a penalty for lease violation or eviction, please don t change that. Thank you!
