Valet - Luke was exceptional: friendly, professional and helpful. Check In- Claire was great too! She was super helpful with something I needed to find specific to State College and knew exactly where I could find the Old Diner Stickies! Love all the Holiday decorations too! Very classy!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything is clean. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Students can use the space to study which is great. The bar was nice.
