The room was not very clean, the floors were sticky and the toilet ran continuously. The room was noisy, we could hear people in the hallway and the room next to ours. This was not my first visit here however it is going to be my last. This property needs a major overhaul.

I was called at 11pm (on my way to hotel) and told that they were actually overbooked and suddenly no longer had the room I reserved after a long trip until almost midnight. No effort was made to find me another hotel or reimburse me.

They stay was very nice and staff was helpful. The area seemed nice but road construction was being done so that made it a little hectic. Do wish they had had a cot for son to sleep on but we made out fine

Booking was changed from what we expected with no notification, even with no line check-in took twenty minutes, beds were awful, air conditioning unit in the room was so noisy that none of us slept well, breakfast buffet quality was poor.

overall pretty good stay. clean and they had a really good breakfast set up and great coffee. only complaint is that they did charge me twice for the incidental nightly fee - $25/night, should have been $50 for my two nights but they charged me $100 - $50 x2. it was a mistake on the part of the check in person… not a huge deal but annoying that it tied up an extra $50 for the weekend plus the couple of business days that it takes to fall off and go back in my bank account

Any time in Charlotte area I stay here
Always easy check in. Rooms are always clean. Bed and linens are very comfortable. Really good breakfast in the AM. Whenever we're in the area this is where we stay.

I booked this as a stay for my parents and was very disappointed to learn about the bad service they received. They checked in on a Friday and did not have their room cleaned until Tuesday morning, even though they indicated as directed that they wanted their room cleaned. My biggest concern is toward management, who when told about this did absolutely nothing to absolve the problem.
