This townhome is located less than 3 blocks to the beach, 6 blocks to HB's Dog Beach (yes, we are pet friendly), 1 mile to Main Street and the Pier. Only 2 blocks to the local neighborhood market, and 2 blocks from a small strip of shops such as a coffee shop, restaurant, nail salon, taco shop, and more!
Did you know we are home to some of the most epic events? Surf competitions, 4th of July events, Air show, Marathons, Car shows, and more. All so very close to this townhome! Not to mention a short drive to Disneyland, perfect location for the beach and Disneyland Vacation!

In the large living room entertainment and relaxation are catered with comfortable couch to relax on, and a rug (wool) you will love to walk on. The 75" 4K TV is just one of the dominant features, which provides access to some streaming devices, some basic cable, Xbox One, and PS4. In the cabinet you will find a couple family friendly board games to play as well.
The large open concept kitchen space with everything you'll need to prepare a family dinner or have a morning cup of coffee (supplies provided - Keurig, Nespresso, Pour over). Enjoy the large dining table to host your family or friends for a full dinner experience. Attached to the kitchen is the outdoor patio space which has a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating area comfortable for everyone. Take a picture next to our new beach mural and tag us! When you head upstairs you'll be greeted with a hallway of bedrooms, a laundry space (supplies provided), and a guest bathroom. On one wing of the upstairs you'll find the primary bedroom which has a comfortable tempur-pedic king bed (sleeps 2), fireplace, and large 4K Smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower (supplies provided) - you may never want to leave this room! On the other wing of the upstairs houses the other 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath (sleeps 6) and a desk. The other bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and an air mattress if needed to sleep 2 more, if needed.
You will also be provided 2 garages with the option to park in one of them (other one has beach supplies) or use for whatever you'd like! You can park in front of one of the garages, or there is normally plenty of free street parking in front of the unit. We also provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys (child friendly!), wagon, cooler, and more to make this beach vacation one to remember! We offer e-bikes for rent as well!

Guests will have access to the full 3 bedroom unit, attached private patio w/ fire pit, front seating area in the front of the building by the front door, and garage assigned to the unit. Please note: The owner lives in a neighboring unit on the same property. This is required by the City of Huntington Beach's Short term rental (STR) permit rules.
The Stellar Sta*z, LLC team want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping an up-to-date and sanitized/clean property is what is most important to us. Janine will be available 24/7 via phone, text, or messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
Janine takes the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed, so do not plan to visit with Janine in person during your stay (unless there is an issue that needs to be addressed) - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
Quiet, residential area. 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Townhome located in a 4-plex with attachment to one wall, however, walls are thick and haven't had any issues with noise. A lot of fun activities are all nearby such as beach volleyball, surfing, fishing, biking and of course swimming in the ocean. Plenty to do here with numerous events throughout the year, like the US Open of Surfing, Volleyball tournament’s, Airshows, 4th of July parades and fireworks.
Huntington Beach has plenty of public transportation options such as the Metro Bus, Uber, Lyft, and more.
This townhome is centrally located - you can walk, bike, or drive just about anywhere!

If you choose the option for a pet ($150) and the amount owed exceeds the amount that was paid at booking, we will send you an invoice post-booking for the remaining balance. *We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you're eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we'll be happy to issue it accordingly. Please note that the refund will be processed minus any applicable credit card processing fees.
Electric Bikes:
*Must sign contract prior to usage (Plan to provide email upon booking)
*Must provide $200 deposit (refunded at checkout upon bike inspection)
*$60/day per bike (or discounted to $45/day if booking more than 3 days)
Cameras/Devices:
*Minut - sound detection at high decibels - I will be notified and if it gets very loud you will be notified too (we cannot hear what is being said, just measured sound decibals)
*Smoke detector - I will be notified if there is smoking inside the townhome ($200 fine)
*Exterior Cameras - facing the garages, facing the front of the building, facing the side of building, inside the garages - audio & visual recordings activated by motion sensor and in place for safety measures.
*Special note regarding cleaning/ sanitization:
Protecting each other’s health and safety is very important to us. We are doing our part in keeping our vacation rental as safe as possible to prevent any spread of any disease/illness. We have always made sure each room is clean and safe for the next guest and we will continue to do so. We use scented detergents and cleaners in our property, so it is not the best fit for individuals with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.
